We are Krebes Traditional craftsmanship meets modern designs and bespoke work to suit every taste - that's Krebe's interior design. Traditional craftsmanship, modern furniture construction and the perfect restoration of design classics are our specialty. In addition, we have one of the largest fabric and leather collections in the capital. Our company history With the Krebes company, we can look back on over 15 years of company history: Founded in 2005 by Robert Krebes as a small one-man business, Krebes Interior Design is now a successful, medium-sized company with a shop, four workshops and 10 permanent employees. For several years now, we have also been a respected training company and currently the largest trainer in Berlin for the professions of interior decorator and upholsterer. Our customer list is exclusive: politicians, actors and even the English royal family are among the clients. We equip large hotels, hip restaurants, clubs and your home with equal professionalism. The glass workshop Our shop and workshops have been located in the heart of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg since 2008. In order to offer customers more transparency and interested parties an insight into a historical craft, our workshops can be viewed through a large glass front. Every production stage and every move can thus be followed live. Every day we restore design classics true to the original and design new, modern pieces of furniture. In 2015 we expanded the company to include an e-commerce offshoot called “Mister Curtain”. This gives our customers worldwide access to over 12,000 fabrics for curtains, drapes, sofas and pillow cases, which we deliver tailor-made. Advice with experience and dedication Personal advice is important to us - both online and offline. We work for embassies, hotels and private customers. Together with interior designers, we design oases of well-being and unique design highlights across Germany. We accept every request, no matter how individual, and are always at your side as a personal advisor. Our team of experienced employees and young talents puts passion and love into every project - always for a perfect result. We regularly get inspiration for new trends and innovative ideas from our international trips and trade fairs. During our strict controls, we always ensure that all of our materials are produced and traded in an ecologically sustainable manner and under fair conditions. All products such as wood, fabrics and filling materials - verifiably come from sustainable producers and suppliers in the European Union - mainly from Germany. This guarantees us high quality and short delivery routes.
