As a pharmaceutical wholesaler, GEHE supplies around 6,500 pharmacies across Germany with drugs from 18 branches. In this way we ensure that all patients nationwide receive their medicines when and where they need them. As a link and reliable partner for pharmacies and pharmaceutical manufacturers, GEHE with more than 2,300 employees guarantees the constant availability of all 128,000 different drugs and pharmacy-standard goods available in Germany. Currently, on average, every 5th prescription in the pharmacy, which only has limited storage space, cannot be served immediately. By delivering medicines several times a day - in an emergency within a maximum of two hours - we also contribute to the fast and safe supply of medicines in Germany in this case.
