Set up – Objectives The company was started as a sole practice by Mr. Lo Chi Man popularly known as Daniel some 20 years ago and it was joined by Mr. Manish N Sharma some 8 years ago and being like minded the company was incorporated as a corporate entity being named as AKIN CPA Limited in the year 2008 to provide services in the fields of audit, accounting, tax consultancy and arrangement of Hong Kong Visas. The company was set up with two basic divisions: As a one stop solution to major start up and maintenance need of local and overseas clients. To provide quality service to the clients and develop confidence that our role extends beyond the statutory government need based service to more of consultancy and development Partners profile: The company is set up with two partners and has a team of accountants and staff of about 40 persons. Mr. Lo Chi Man Daniel Daniel is born and brought up in Hong Kong and started his accounting career with KPMG and was associated to them from 1983 to 1988. He then started his own practice. He is a fellow member of HKICPA and ACCA and holds a Bachelors Law Degree from Peking University, China. Daniel heads the audit and tax consultancy team Mr. Sharma, Manish Narain Manish started his career as a financial controller of a trading house in Hong Kong in the year 1996 and started his practicing accounting career in 2003. He is a fellow member of HKICPA and ACCA and holds a Masters Degree in Accounts and Finance from Central India. Manish heads incorporation, visa and tax consultancy team.
