Guinevere Methven started practicing as an estate agent in 2004 and during this time was extremely successful. She completed all her necessary studies to become a full and fledged Principle and professional in the property industry.
In 2016 it became apparent to her that she had the capabilities to start her own agency namely Red Door Properties and it opened its door in the October 2016 . At that stage there were only 3 employees. The success followed her and the company began to grow day by day.
By August 2018 she had moved into bigger premises and employed 7 new staff members as the demand grew and the company started to establish its cliental and sales were climbing.
Starting with a bang in 2019 her probability was reaching a place where she saw a future in opening a second office in a suburb 18 km from her head office and this became a reality in March 2019.
With her pockets of excellence in an unstable economy her perseverance and ethical manner of doing business has brought huge success to her ever growing Agency.
