YogaCubz aims to empower children to find their inner calm and confidence. We start yoga classes from as young as 2 years old. Our classes are really interactive and super fun! Children learn about their bodies and improve their body-mind awareness. Kids yoga is amazing for kids who struggle with anxiety or school pressure and yoga is equally amazing for kids with a lot of energy, as kids learn techniques to calm themselves.
