The word sangha translates from the Sanskrit language as “community’’. Sangha Spot Wellness Centre serves as a place where we can all feel supported and encouraged within our community, in our yoga practice, and in our lives. We offer classes, therapies and events with the intention of growing a healthy & strong community both inside and outside the studio. Offering various wellness therapies, and holistic classes for practitioners of all levels, Sangha Spot Studio hopes to support individual journeys to wholeness, and through this, to cultivate a strong and vibrant community in this special village we call home.
