Potchefstroom High School for Boys is a traditional boarding school, built on an educationally ideal and tranquil estate in Potchefstroom. College, as is commonly known, is a unique institution and its rich heritage, traditions and rules have largely been shaped by the boys themselves. College and its influence extend far beyond just the immediate school community.

The school curriculum is based on the Department of Basic Education National Curriculum and offers the following subject in Grades 10 – 12: English Home Language, Afrikaans First Additional Language, Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy, Life Orientation, Physical Science, Life Science, Geography, History, Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, Computer Applications Technology and Engineering Graphic and Design.
