Right in the heart of Quezon City, Philippines, our humble shala(s) aim to provide Ashtanga Yoga practitioners, a space to develop and nurture their practice.We offer daily classses of Ashtanga Yoga taught in the tradition of Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois of Mysore, India. Regular weekday classes are taught Mysore style, which we compliment with a traditional Sanskrit counted Led Primary Series class at the end of each week.
