Kindertagespflege "Froschwiese"

We have been working in pairs since September 2019. We have a degree as a state-recognized educator, a nursing permit to care for day care children from the youth welfare office and have been working in day care since August 2003 (Kerstin), for 25 years (Dirk). Our day children should feel safe, secure and comfortable with us. Every child experiences loving care, consolation, support, orientation and the appreciation of their person. We want to support and encourage the children on their individual path of development. They should have time and space to discover the world at their own pace. You learn to take on small tasks and responsibilities, to express your wishes, needs and ideas and to implement them appropriately. Through a sense of achievement, praise and encouragement, they recognize their own strength and develop self-confidence. The children develop their social skills to approach others and to get on well with them. Each child should be integrated into the community in their uniqueness and thereby enrich it. In social togetherness, the children learn with and from each other. Children need children! They learn to deal with conflicts with one another, to resolve conflicts non-violently, to regulate minor conflicts themselves, to be considerate of others, to give up, even to do without, to wait when it is the other's turn to share, to comfort when a child is sad is or has been hurt. Children don't develop on their own! Values ​​such as helpfulness, acceptance and tolerance of others, courage and honesty must be exemplified by us and practiced with them. Regular participation in training courses on subjects from the fields of education, psychology, educational offers, nutrition / health, self-reflection and cooperation with parents are a matter of course and essential for us. We have attended a “First Aid for Children” course and we regularly refresh it.
