AWARM WELCOME to the Yoga Studio Pankow - in the district center. Currently all courses - including the subsidized prevention courses - take place as ONLINE YOGA via ZOOM LIFE . Yoga is a wonderful support, especially in times of Corona. Feeling good, being fit and vital, reducing stress - you can achieve this and much more with yoga. Aenne Riesenberg, qualified Hatha yoga teacher and alternative practitioner (member of BDY) teaches in small groups with individual advice. Otherwise the Yoga-Studio Pankow is only 3 minutes away from Pankow Church in the district center in the Schönholzer-Str. 10 - Just COME AND JOIN . Aenne advises me and is in close contact with the Indian master Vinod Dulal, with whom I have had very good experiences during his stays in Germany.
