We offer the following group training classes:
Boxing: a vigorous and impactful workout that will whip you into shape and improve fitness rapidly.
mojoBODY: a body conditioning inspired workout that will strengthen and tone your full body.
We also offer personal training session, tailored to achieve your specific fitness goal.
For kids, we have our popular BoxFit Kids class for children between the age of 4 and 12 years old.
We combine fitness and boxing in a high energy, high intensity class where you will be pushed constantly. Each session is unique thereby literally keeping you on your toes and ready to roll with the punches. The class offers skilled boxing training (on the bag and pad work with trainers), cardio, weights and sparring – all tailored for a full body workout geared to help you reach your fitness goals.
