Major Responsibilities & Priorities
Delivering excellent outcomes for customers
Influencing and leading diverse teams to align behind common goals
Delivering the expected commercial performance whilst effectively managing risks and opportunities in the programs being executed
Simplifying internal complexity and ambiguity to deliver clear customer facing messaging that inspires trust and credibility
Paves the way for ongoing consumption and expansion in the account
Knowledge/Skills Required
5+ years experience in programme management in a relevant industry
Proven experience in delivering both customer value and internal commercial performance
Ability to influence and deal with complex customer ecosystems up to C-suite level
Demonstrated leadership experience in a software consulting, implementation or development projects.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and resolve complex problems with little to no guidance
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to mentor, coach and train.
Metric driven and not phased by HBAG
Travel required
Qualifications
PMP or similar certification required
BS/MS level Degree/Professional qualification preferred.
