Requirements: NOTE - Position is based in Windhoek, Namibia Qualifications - Cidesco and ITEC a mustRequired languages Afrikaans and English or is fully bilingual.Preferably 30+ years or at most late 20's.Long service history in the beauty industry non-negotiable.Responsible for implementation of all training programs internally and externally (therapists, guest relations and spa attendants)Provide training on all treatments offered.Provide training to guest relations team and spa attendants.Responsible for spa audits.Responsible for therapist work out put.Must be confident with retail and proven retail selling track record.Will present the induction programme.Must be a confident, presentableReports directly to the spa manager and international training manager.Serves as a right hand to the spa manager.Two thirds of work week, will be providing training and the remaining third will need to do therapy.Offer of 2 year contract and apply and cover the necessary work VISA's and permits.Job Type: PermanentSalary: R12,000.00 to R15,000.00 /monthExperience:
