Note: The position is based in LimpopoRequirements:Experienced Banqueting Manager needed for Game Lodge in Limpopo.The successful candidate would be responsible for the planning and execution of functions.Micros point of sales essential.Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a management position in a similar property Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet. Well spoken and well presented individual.Strong leader who have been in charge of employees before.Must have excellent administration and organisational skillsMust be able to work under pressure and effectively deal with difficult guestsMust have grade 12 and be computer literate.Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable. Experience in running functions of up to 250 pax at a five-star level.Duties:Train and motivate and manage all banqueting staff. Assist with queries and guest's complaintsManage the entire service operation of the restaurant. Create and maintain relationship with guests in the restaurant.Daily meetings and handovers with Staff roster.Do monthly stock takes.Salary package: R 10 000 - R 16 000 with Live-in (Depending on experience)Job Type: PermanentSalary: R10,000.00 to R16,000.00 /monthExperience:
