A very reputable international engineering company is seeking a Country Manager (M/F) to lead their team in Mozambique.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Engineering
Qualification in Economics and Planning of Infrastructure advantageous
10 years’ experience
Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
Multinational consultancy background
Quality management skills
Business management skills
Project management experience
Experience in Mozambique (experience in Lusophone region advantageous)
Knowledge in the Mozambican tax regulations and laws
Familiar with development of roll out systems, procedures and work flow processes
Contribute to business systems improvement
