Requirements: 1 - 3 years' experience in an Analytics position or similar role is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects. Strong interpersonal and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft BI suite, or similar BI tools. Proficient in business intelligence tools, software, and dashboards. Responsibilities: Execute and interpret effective business intelligence visuals and report solutions. Work with the data team to execute analytics projects to extract, visualise, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met. Use statistics and data modelling to enable our clients and business units to make actionable business insights for boosting customer productivity and revenue. Apply company policies and procedures to deliver quality results and prevent discrepancies. Identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Generate reports of findings and present these to your team.
