Working Hours
Normal Working Hoursclick apply days normal working hours between projects.
Project Specific Working Hours: 7:00 – 19:00 including weekends and Public Holidays – Project can range for 30days – 90days.
Responsibility
Updating of project transfer register/schedules +/- 100 per day
Transfer of data from SAP system to various Cost reports
Updating of vendor data sheets
Follow up on outstanding invoices, capturing of data for cash flow purposes
Updating and tracking of Project Specific PDN’s, CFR’s and their respective registers
Cost verification for internal funds transfers
Document filing management
Document and electronic filing management on company document management system (eB)
Competency In Software
MS Office 2013: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, MS Excel (Vlookup)
Have experience on any Accounting Software (SAP, Pastel, Sage, etc.)
Requirements
Experience working in a team environment
Strong administrative skills
Bookkeeping and Cost Accounting with at least a National Diploma in Accounting
Attention to detail imperative
Must be deadline driven
