Marketing Degree/ Diploma will be beneficial
Min 3 years' Sales & Marketing Management experience in the FMCG Industry
English and Afrikaans speaking
Must be willing to travel (Regular Sleep-outs)
Duties and responsibilities:
Managing a team of sales reps
Responsible for existing client accounts.
Identify potential clients, supporting existing clients and achieving sales targets.
Perform cost-benefit and needs-analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction, and drive continues improvement.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Analyse the territory/ markets potential.
Responsible for product and company image throughout customer operations/ mechanizing and other efforts.
Responsible for combined efforts with client and team members to ensure minimal expired stock.
